Registration

The conference will last from Monday morning 9:00 until Friday at noon. The conference fee includes welcome reception with buffet on Monday evening, conference excursion on Wednesday afternoon, conference dinner on the beach on Thursday, lunch on Monday through Thursday and all coffee breaks.

*Accompanying person fee Basic includes:

- welcome reception with buffet on Monday evening
- conference excursion on Wednesday afternoon
- conference dinner on the beach on Thursday evening

*Accompanying person fee Full package includes:
The basic option plus all coffee breaks and lunches at Hotel Zuiderduin.

The accompanying persons fee is not intended for attending the conference.

Please note that according to the current science policy of the Netherlands, researchers
working for Russian or Belarusian institutions will not be admitted to this conference.
Russian and Belarusian nationals with an academic affiliation elsewhere are welcome.
